We will then mail you a confirmation , a list of items to bring, and a copy of our rules and policies.

Philosophy

The environment of our summer camp is disciplined and oriented to Christian principles. We do not discriminate on the basis of race or religion. We believe that the achievement of excellence in the programs that we offer develops self-esteem and confidence. Because we take a limited number of campers, the safety of your child is ensured. Each child receives individual attention.

Staff and Counselors

St. John Ranch has held summer camp for 16 years. All of our staff members are carefully chosen. We also have a registered nurse on our staff.

Riding helmets are required. If your camper has a proper AST/SEI certified helmet , bring it to camp. St. John Ranch will rent helmets to campers for an additional $5.00.

We emphasize seven major goals for campers.

1. Fun and excitement
2. A lifetime commitment to the learning experience
3. Character building activities
4. A positive and courteous attitude
5. Development of skills in horsemanship and other sports
6. To help each camper learn responsibility
7. To teach campers self reliance and personal safety
