St. John Ranch & Lodge is a guest ranch located in the scenic hills of up-state Louisiana.  We maintain over 40 well-trained and groomed horses and close to 25 miles of scenic trails. 

St. John Ranch is the only guest ranch in Louisiana.   The ranch is open all year and we invite you to consider us for your next Horseback Riding Vacation, Business Seminar or Meeting.  We can accommodate up to 20 persons.  There are many attractions in the area such as beautiful Lake Claiborne, which is just a stone's throw from the ranch. 

Trail riding is available every day, all year. St. John Ranch & Lodge offers a Horse Riding Camp for Western Riding instruction .The climate in this area is ideal for a Horse Riding Vacation at our guest ranch. The summer is warm, the spring and fall are just about perfect and the winter is quite mild. Our swimming pool is used by guests and for our Western Riding Summer Camp during most of the year.
