The environment of the Horseback Riding Camp is disciplined, structured and oriented to good principles. As a Girls Horseback Riding Camp, we believe that the achievement of excellence in the programs that we offer develop self esteem and confidence so that the young people are better able to interact with their peers, the staff, counselors and their family.  You can be sure that the campers have fun and thoroughly enjoy every day of Horseback Riding Summer Camp.  Campers will return home with a great attitude and many fond memories.

All of our staff members carefully chosen; they are very competent and dedicated to making the Horseback Riding Camp a tremendous success.  The instructors are professionals in their area of expertise.  Counselors are selected on the basis of high moral character and talent.  Counselors have at least 2 years of college.  As a Horseback Riding Summer Camp we maintain a ratio of approximately I counselor for every 5 campers; this is in addition to the full time staff members. Excellent doctors and a hospital are only minutes from the Ranch.  We require all trail riders and summer campers at St John to wear AST/SEI certified helmets.

Activities at our Horseback Riding Summer Camp include all areas of Western Horsemanship including care, grooming and riding skills.  The Western Riding Summer Camp has Riding Classes  and the Trail Rides everyday over many miles of scenic trails for every camper attending our Summer Horse Camp.  At the Horse Riding Camp, we have Arena Training and Swimming Classes.
